Dr Mithun Sri Ganeshan
I am a General Practitioner with a background in physiotherapy, and I am passionate about caring for individuals and families across all stages of life. My journey into medicine grew from both my early life experiences and my years working as a physiotherapist in hospital and community settings. Those years taught me the value of listening carefully, understanding people's stories, and helping them move toward better health in practical, sustainable ways.
I believe healthcare works best when it is collaborative. Having worked within multidisciplinary teams throughout my career, I see the difference that integrated, team-based care can make for patients and their families.
I grew up in Sydney and moved to Western Australia in 2014 to study Medicine at the University of Notre Dame. After graduating, I worked across Fiona Stanley Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Rockingham General Hospital within the South Metropolitan Health Service. While I hadn't originally planned on becoming a GP, I realised that what I valued most was building long-term relationships and supporting people over time.
I currently serve as Head Doctor at Perth Demons Football Club and also work as a General Practitioner in the Emergency Department at St John of God Midland. I am also a supervisor with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and am involved in the training and selection of medical students at the University of Notre Dame.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping fit at the gym, and, when I get the chance, doing a few laps at Barbagallo Raceway.

Dr Daniel Nguyen
I'm a locally trained general practitioner, born and raised here in Perth. I completed my medical degree at the University of Notre Dame Australia in Fremantle in 2018 and achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2024.
I've worked across several major hospitals in Perth, which has given me broad clinical experience and a strong foundation in managing complex and diverse medical conditions. I'm passionate about helping patients achieve long-term wellbeing through evidence-based preventive care and comprehensive management of chronic illness.
Alongside my clinical work, I'm involved in teaching and research. I'm an adjunct lecturer in medicine at Curtin University and have presented at national and international conferences, particularly in multidisciplinary cardiovascular care. I'm especially interested in how team-based care within general practice can improve patient outcomes.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy cooking, travelling, and a good LEGO set. I'm delighted to be part of the Bayswater GP team and look forward to caring for the local community.

Dr Sae Cho
I originally trained as an optometrist and retinal molecular biologist, completing a PhD in optometry before pursuing medicine. My academic journey brought me to Western Australia, where I completed my Doctor of Medicine at the University of Notre Dame Fremantle in 2018.
After graduating, I worked at Fiona Stanley Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital, and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, gaining experience across a range of specialties including Emergency, Geriatrics, General Medicine, and Ophthalmology. I then completed my general practice training in Western Australia.
I value building long-term relationships with my patients and providing care that is both practical and evidence-based. Originally from South Korea, I speak both English and Korean, and I'm passionate about caring for Western Australia's multicultural communities.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and keeping active while keeping up with my family's busy schedule.

Dr Sam Beh
I completed my MD and general practice training here in Western Australia. Prior to medicine I completed undergraduate studies in nutrition and exercise science and maintain a keen interest in this in and out of my practice.
After completing my medical degree in WA I worked in the public hospital system for several years before transitioning to general practice. I really enjoy all aspects of general practice however I have a special interest in metabolic disease, including type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, and I love working closely with my patients to help manage these conditions through lifestyle modification.
I'm also very interested in the management of chronic disease and mental health, and I always aim to take a holistic approach to patient care.
Outside of medicine, I cherish spending time with my young family.

Dr Kye Tan
I graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Notre Dame Australia in Fremantle. After completing my training and gaining Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, I went on to complete a Professional Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine.
I have a special interest in lifestyle and weight management, as well as skin cancer medicine. I enjoy helping patients take a proactive approach to their health and working together to achieve realistic, sustainable lifestyle goals.
In my day-to-day practice, I provide care across a wide range of areas, including ear, nose and throat conditions, metabolic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure, infectious diseases and travel medicine, women's and men's health, paediatric care, and mental health.
Outside of work, I enjoy a long lunch whenever I get the chance.

Trent Raykos

I provide a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore their unique challenges using evidence-based practices. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship based on empathy and trust underpins meaningful and lasting change. I also understand that reaching out for support is the first step, but it's often the most difficult.
I work with adolescents and adults from a range of backgrounds for assessment and therapy.

Kate Campbell

I have completed a Master's in Sexology, and am passionate about supporting people in navigating sexuality, identity, and relationships. I am open to working with people navigating ethical non-monogamy and am kink-friendly.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including mental health, trauma, pain, and sexuality and gender issues.

Mina Hattom
I am a registered psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create fulfilling lives. My practice combines empathy, evidence-based techniques, and a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
I tailor my approach to each client, using modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness strategies. I aim to help clients explore their thoughts, gain new insights, and build skills to process and overcome life's obstacles. I believe that positive change is possible for everyone; some just need the right tools to help get there.
I work with adults and have a special interest in anxiety, stress, burnout, body image concerns, work-related stress, and life transitions.

Michele Kearney
I'm Michele Kearney, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping people improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition care. I believe in working collaboratively with GPs and the wider healthcare team to ensure every patient receives safe, coordinated, and effective support.
My approach is gentle, realistic, and grounded in understanding each person's unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. I don't believe in strict diets or complete overhauls, just achievable, sustainable changes that fit naturally into everyday routines.
My goal is to make nutrition feel manageable, empowering, and tailored, so people can build confidence without feeling overwhelmed.
Whether you're managing a chronic condition, working towards specific health goals, or simply wanting to feel better day-to-day, I work closely with the clinic team to provide cohesive, whole-person care.

Pascal Chane Yin
I'm a Registered Nurse who graduated from Curtin University in 2015, and I've spent most of my career working in primary care across several medical practices in Perth.

I'm passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community and supporting patients to achieve positive, sustainable improvements in their health and wellbeing. I'm currently completing a Master of Nurse Practitioner at Edith Cowan University, with the goal of expanding my scope of practice and providing more comprehensive care to a broader patient population.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing jazz piano, going for runs, travelling, and spending quality time with my wife and daughter.

Jacqui Rothenbury
I'm a Senior Enrolled Nurse with more than 34 years of clinical experience, including the past 12 years working in primary health care. Over that time, I've developed a broad skill set in areas such as chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, diagnostic procedures, health assessments, and supporting patients with complex and multifaceted needs.
I'm passionate about patient-centred care and building trusting, long-term relationships. I aim to bring compassion, empathy, and a calm, reassuring presence to every interaction, always focusing on each patient's comfort, understanding, and overall wellbeing.
I'm thrilled to be part of the Bayswater GP team, a group of skilled, friendly, and collaborative professionals who share my passion for holistic, community-focused care. I look forward to contributing to the practice's hub model and helping connect patients with the GP and allied health services they need.
Outside the clinic, I'm a devoted family member, enthusiastic cook, movie buff, gamer, artist, and proud pet parent. I like to bring warmth, a quick wit, and good humour to my work, because sometimes a friendly chat or a well-timed laugh can be just as comforting as any treatment plan.
